Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mamine Living. We operate this website and online store, providing you with access to our products, content, and services (the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to offer a secure and seamless shopping experience.

Use of Our Services

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have given consent for a minor to use the Services under your supervision.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when making a purchase, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

Products & Availability

We take great care to present our products as accurately as possible. However, variations in colour, texture, and appearance may occur due to screen settings or natural material differences.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Mamine Living.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

As our chairs are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in [currency] and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any additional fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide valid payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Lead Times

Our furniture is made to order and is typically shipped within 3–6 weeks
Once production is complete, delivery is usually made within 2–4 business days

Delivery Options

We offer curbside delivery across Sweden. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your postal code
In selected areas, in-home delivery to a designated room is available. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging

Important Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be delivered to your home. Please measure doorways, staircases, and access points in advance
If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, the order will be treated as a return, and return shipping costs will apply
If you are unavailable at the agreed delivery time, you will be charged for return shipping and any additional delivery costs

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused
The item must be in original condition
All tags must be attached
The item must be returned in its original packaging (including pallet and protective wrapping)

You may inspect the product, but it must remain in as-new condition.

For furniture, we offer an extended return period of up to 60 days, provided that the product remains in unused, resalable condition and in its original, unopened packaging.

How to Start a Return

You will then be able to book a pickup of the item.

Return Shipping Fee

A fee of 499 SEK will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packaged for return shipping.

Condition & Deductions

We may reduce the refund amount if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics or function.

This includes, for example:

Missing tags
Damage to the product
Damaged or missing original packaging

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved.

Damaged Deliveries

You are responsible for inspecting your delivery upon arrival.

If the packaging is visibly damaged:

You must inform the driver immediately
The damage must be noted before signing for delivery
You may refuse the delivery if the damage is significant

If no damage is noted at delivery, the shipment is considered accepted in good condition.

If damage is discovered after opening:

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery

To report damage, email contact@mamineliving.com with:

Order number
Photos of the product and packaging
Description of the issue

We will handle the claim with the carrier and ensure a fair resolution.

Legal Guarantee

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and design — is the property of Mamine Living or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our website may include links or tools provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Shopify provides the platform that powers our store, but all purchases are made directly with Mamine Living.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mamine Living shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mamine Living harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
