Delivery
Lead Times
  • Our furniture is made to order and is typically shipped within 3-6 weeks.
  • Once production is complete, delivery is usually made within 2-4 business days.
Delivery Options
  • Across Sweden, we offer curbside delivery. Shipping starts at 399 SEK, costs vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout once you enter your postal code.
  • In selected areas, you may also choose delivery with in-home placement to a designated room. Please note that this service does not include unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
Important Information
  • Please ensure that all doorways, staircases, and access points are carefully measured prior to delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the furniture can be delivered to the intended location.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to limited access, the order will be treated as a standard return, and the customer will be charged for the return shipping.
  • Please make sure you are available to receive your delivery at the agreed time. If delivery cannot be completed due to absence or other circumstances on the customer’s side, you will be charged for return shipping and any additional delivery costs.
Returns

At Mamine Living, we believe in thoughtful design and considered purchases. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in original condition
  • The item must include all tags
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (including pallet and protective wrapping)

You may carefully inspect the product, but it must remain in as-new condition.

For our furniture, we offer an extended return period of up to 60 days. This applies only if the product is in unused, resalable condition and remains in its original, unopened packaging.

How to Start a Return

You will then be able to book a pickup of the item.

Return Shipping Fee

A return shipping fee of 499 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packaged, so it is not damaged during transit. 

Condition & Deductions

We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the product has been handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function.

This may apply if:

  • The product is not in new condition
  • Tags are missing
  • The original packaging is damaged or missing
Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Damaged Deliveries

We kindly ask you to inspect your delivery upon arrival.

If the packaging is visibly damaged at delivery:

  • Please inform the driver immediately
  • The damage must be noted before signing for the delivery
  • If the damage is significant, you may refuse the delivery

If the delivery is signed without noting visible damage, it will be considered accepted in good condition.

If damage is discovered after opening the package:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible
  • Damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We will handle the case with the shipping provider and make sure it is resolved fairly.
