There are some recommendations you simply can’t plan for - and those are often the ones that mean the most.

Klara Elvgren, better known as Tanbyklara, is a Swedish creator, presenter and podcaster who shares an honest glimpse into life, relationships and motherhood. Today, she hosts 2under2 together with her partner Jhon Arboleda, where the couple invite listeners into the beautiful chaos of life with small children.

As Klara prepared to welcome her third baby, a Mamine Recliner found its way into her home.

There was no paid collaboration and no request to share it. Which made hearing her spontaneously talk about the chair on her podcast all the more special.

Klara described the Mamine Recliner as the most comfortable chair she had ever sat in - exactly what we hoped mothers would feel when we first began designing it.

Mamine was born from a simple thought: while so much care and consideration goes into creating a beautiful space for a new baby, the person spending countless hours feeding, soothing, rocking and holding them deserves the same consideration.

We wanted to create a chair for her.

A place for late-night feeds and early mornings. For contact naps that last a little longer than expected. For feeding, cuddling, recovering and simply sitting still for a moment.

Seeing the Mamine Recliner become part of Klara's own journey into motherhood for the third time feels incredibly special - but hearing that she genuinely loves sitting in it means even more.

Because ultimately, that is what Mamine is about.
